Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of edvone.dev and the services provided by Edvard Grei ("we", "I", "edvone"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

edvone.dev provides system architecture, software development, consulting, and related technical services. Service engagements are governed by individual contracts between Edvard Grei and the client.

Booking requests are not binding commitments. Each request is reviewed manually and confirmed within 24 hours. A booking becomes confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a meeting link.

The client portal provides project management tools including file sharing, invoicing, revision tracking, and issue management. Access is limited to authenticated clients for their own projects only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Prices shown on the website are non-binding approximations based on typical project scope. They are not quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in a written scope agreement after a discovery call. Actual project cost may differ from the estimate based on requirements discovered during scoping.

Fixed-price packages require 50% payment on signing and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued in USD, EUR, or GBP at the client's preference. Payment is accepted via bank wire transfer or Stripe. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified. For US clients, a completed W-8BEN form is provided on request to certify foreign status under the US-Germany tax treaty (Article 7, 0% withholding on business profits).

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If the project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full.

Either party may cancel a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, the client pays for all work completed to date. Work in progress will be delivered in its current state along with source code and documentation. The Care Plan retainer may be cancelled at any time with no penalty.

The content on edvone.dev (text, design, code, writing) is the intellectual property of Edvard Grei unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Work produced under a client contract is governed by the terms of that contract, not by these website terms.

edvone.dev is provided "as is" without warranty. Edvard Grei is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to booking errors, data loss, or service interruptions. Liability for contracted services is governed by the individual service agreement.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the data practices described there.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Aachen, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
